Every accepted paper can have up to 6 pages in the final PDF. If needed, additional pages (maximum 2 more) can be added with an extra fee of INR 1000 per page.
At least one author of every accepted paper must register as an author and present the paper in person for inclusion in the conference proceedings of CICCS-2025 and subsequent submission to IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.
Each author registration is valid for one paper.
An additional 18% GST will be added to the registration fees. Any gateway or transactional charges with applicable taxes must be borne by the registrant.
If more than one author of an accepted paper wishes to attend, each must register separately as a delegate by paying the applicable fee.
Registration fees are non-refundable and must be paid before uploading the final IEEE formatted, camera-ready paper and e-copyright form.
Registration includes the conference kit, access to all conference sessions, lunch, coffee/tea on all days, and banquet dinner.
IEEE members must upload their IEEE membership details during online registration if registering under the IEEE category.
Students must upload a valid student ID card (both front and back) during online registration if registering under the student category.
Please retain copies of transaction IDs generated by the payment gateway and your bank for future reference.
All registration-related communication must include the Paper ID.
No refund of the registration fees will be entertained under any circumstances.
The CICCS-2025 organizers, JSSATE, IITG, or IEEE Bangalore Sub-Section will not be responsible for any loss due to improper online transactions. Registrants are responsible for securing their credentials during payment.
No Show Policy
Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one registered author attend in person and present the paper at the conference.
Requests for online presentation will not be entertained. Authors residing outside India should contact the conference organizers for an invitation letter for the Indian visa.
Non-presented papers will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore® Digital Library as per the IEEE no-show policy.
